PIZZA

RECIPE (Base)

EGG                            6 Nos.

Maida (Flour)                  0.5 kg

Yeast                          25 gram
Sugar                          10 gram

Salt                           05 gram

Oil                            75 gram

Milk                           80 ml



PROCEDURE:

1.Take little amount of warm water in a container, add sugar and mix it.
2. Add yeast in it and wait till yeast is active.
3. Mix dry ingredients, mix egg, oil and yeast in it.
4. Add milk to make a dough.
5. Put aside the dough for fermentation.
6.When the dough becomes doubled in size, it ready for making Pizza Base. 
7. Apply topping,
8. Put in a pan and Bake at 250 C in a Oven.
9. Take them from Oven  when done.
