RECIPE:

KHOIA                             1 KG
SOJI                                 15 gm
MAIDA                            100 gm
Baking Powder         20 gm
Sugar                             1KG


PROCEDURE: 

1. mix baking powder with soji, and maida.
2. then add  this mix to khoia.
3. Shape them into ghulab jaman
4. make syrup, 
5. Dip ghulab jaman in sugar syrup and heat slowly for about 10 minutes.
6. Take out them from syrup.
